Easy Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

Some of the best supper recipes are the ones that don’t need a bunch of ingredients or a big mess in the kitchen.
These easy air fryer drumsticks are one of those recipes around here. A little canola oil, the air fryer, and you end up with crispy, juicy chicken that Farmer Jay says is better than the broasted chicken you get at a restaurant!
Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks
- Canola oil spray
Directions
- Spray the air fryer rack lightly with canola oil.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the drumsticks with canola oil.
- Cook at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Turn the drumsticks, lightly spray again with oil, and cook at 400° for another 20 minutes.
- Keep an eye on them—smaller drumsticks may cook faster. Chicken is done when the thickest part reaches 165°.
That’s it! Easy, crispy chicken for a busy night supper.
