Spring in Minnesota

What a beautiful day!  NO wind today!  A few days ago, I bought a new bird feeder  - a heavy duty red barn - it's heavy and of course I thought I should dump the entire $30 bag of cardinal seed in it because it was heavy and no way would it blow that hard. . . (I must have forgot for a hot minute we live in Minnesota!) -- fast forward a couple days and the chickens are now having a hay-day and the new bird feeder is empty!  Yep! The seed is all over the ground around the maple tree!  Hmmm... I'm going to have to come up with a different plan for the bird feeders!   --

Is there a possibility that if the chickens eat the cardinal seed they will turn in to cardinals?  Probably not... I love cardinals! We haven't seen one on the farm yet, maybe one of these years. 

So for now, I'm sitting on the front deck designing new files! I'm excited to get these new ones cut!  They're gonna be fun! Stay tuned -I'm hoping to release them by the end of the week!  Have an amazing day! Until next time -a little bump from my coffee mug to yours
